April 2026 MOBA competitive digest
AVNG | Rez0x led April with $2.105 million and 84 championships, while 🇵🇭| Disgrace | AVNG delivered the month’s defining worldwide tournament performance.
The month
April became a contest between sustained regional production and peak performance under worldwide pressure. 🇵🇭| Disgrace | AVNG went 6-0 and collected $100,000 at MOBA Masters 17 APAC Qualifier on April 18, then followed one day later with a championship, a 7-1 record, and $300,000 at MOBA Masters 17.
After the worldwide event, the calendar swung back toward regional leagues. AVNG | Rez0x closed with championships and $200,000 payouts at both MOBA EMEA League S10.3 and MOBA EMEA League S10.4, going a combined 15-0. That late surge reinforced a full-month advantage built through relentless circuit volume. Meanwhile, 🇧🇷 MadPilots | QEA and LMS|FyreFyter kept the Americas in the wider argument through strong championship and win totals.
Competitions and leagues
The competitive structure rewarded two different kinds of strength. The open-worldwide MOBA Masters 17 carried April’s largest single pool at $692,000, making conversion there especially valuable. Below it, 12 regional league competitions, four for each residency region, each offered $435,000. Their residency eligibility was regional, but they had no competition point region assignment.
The 112 regional invitationals formed a separate point circuit, with EMEA, AMER, or APAC point regions alongside their residency restrictions. AVNG | Rez0x appeared in 29 EMEA point-circuit invitationals and recorded 28 championships, 29 podiums, and $767,000. 🇧🇷 MadPilots | QEA produced 21 championships and $687,000 across 24 AMER invitationals, while 🇵🇭| Disgrace | AVNG collected 15 championships and $350,000 from 16 APAC appearances. That high-frequency circuit explains how month-long consistency could outweigh even a commanding result at the largest individual competition.
Best rosters
My first choice is AVNG | Rez0x. Its 84 championships, 92 podiums, and 380-70 record form April’s strongest complete body of work. 🇵🇭| Disgrace | AVNG is the closest alternative: its $1.5138 million total trailed the leader, but its worldwide peak gives the case unusual weight.
The next comparison is tighter. 🇧🇷 MadPilots | QEA paired 57 championships with 267 wins, while LMS|FyreFyter posted 56 championships and a sharper 266-85 record. I would place them third and fourth respectively, though the difference is editorial rather than definitive. Which deserves first place, AVNG | Rez0x for sustained dominance across the month, or 🇵🇭| Disgrace | AVNG for converting April’s largest worldwide opportunity?
Notable transfers
The clearest roster-market statement came on April 25, when RG|Xaros moved from Raguna to 🇵🇭| Blood Wolves |AVNG for $1 million, the highest fee among $89 candidates. Earlier, OBN|Kenpachi moved from LMS|FyreFyter to AVNG | Ravena for $470,000, the fifth-highest fee in that group. Those sums establish the scale of the commitments, but the available evidence does not establish their effect on April results or continued membership afterward.
MOBA GOAT debate
I keep NEC | RoyalT1 🇸🇬 narrowly in first place. Its January through March run produced 254 championships and a 1,353 to 186 record across three consecutive elite months. April supplies no new result for it, which is unknown rather than evidence of decline, and that sustained combination of volume and efficiency remains the strongest supported case.
The strongest active alternative is now AVNG | Rez0x. March brought $1,975,500, 85 championships and a 438 to 92 record, while April added the month’s leading $2.105 million, 84 championships, 92 podiums and a 380 to 70 line. Two consecutive months at that level make this more than a short peak, although its supported run remains one month shorter than the roster above it.
🇵🇭| Disgrace | AVNG owns April’s sharpest peak argument. It followed a 6 to 0 performance worth $100,000 with a 7 to 1 championship worth $300,000 at the month’s largest worldwide opportunity, and finished April with $1.5138 million. That conversion under worldwide pressure deserves unusual weight, but one supported month cannot yet settle an all-time order built across fourteen months.
The older standards also remain unresolved. 404… still holds the accumulation benchmark of $10,312,091 and 391 championships across five uninterrupted months, while PHI | Orangutan Ganji retains the peak sequence of five unbeaten $300,000 worldwide victories across four months. Neither receives a new supported April result, so neither absence should be treated as decline.
If AVNG | Rez0x repeats April’s 84 championships and $2.105 million in May, would three consecutive elite months displace NEC | RoyalT1 🇸🇬, or would another worldwide victory from 🇵🇭| Disgrace | AVNG be the stronger reason to change first place?
