Billing

How billing and refunds work for purchases made through Apple or Google.

Requesting a refund

Apple and Google process purchases directly, so I cannot see your payment details or issue a store refund myself. Request the refund from the store where you made the purchase.

Please follow the instructions below for your specific device.

iOS (Apple App Store)

Apple handles all billing transactions for iOS devices directly. To request a refund, you must use their “Report a Problem” portal.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com using any web browser.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. Tap or click “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”
  4. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then select Next.
  5. Select the specific subscription or item from the list, then select Submit.

Apple will review your request and typically update you on the status within 48 hours.

Android (Google Play Store)

Google provides a refund window where you can request a refund directly through your account history.

  1. On your computer or mobile browser, go to play.google.com/store/account.
  2. Click on Order History.
  3. Find the order you want to return.
  4. Select “Request a refund” or “Report a problem” and choose the option that describes your situation.
  5. Complete the form and submit.

If it has been less than 48 hours since you made the purchase, requesting a refund through Google is usually the fastest method. You will typically receive a decision within 1 business day.
